Alright fun story or not... lol
Got my GCMS notes today and turns out everything passed and I got final approval in August 2019 ... it says that an email was sent but i never received anything ... on my CIC account everything is still under review.
So we are december it s been 4 months usually when you receive your PPR they give you 30 days to send your passport which I did not since I had no idea I got approved. I sent an email on web form and gonna try calling them tomorrow.
I hope this will not screw up everything... my medical exam was good only until Nov 22 2019 are they gonna ask me to do it again ? Did it happen to anyone else before ?

No I've never called them i just rely on their online tool i just started contacted them via web form the day i reached 19 month since they say they won t answer if you are still in the normal processing time. I did not change adress or anything and they have my correct contact information. I ve seen in other forum that it happens sometimes they send a message and you never receive it...
And even weirder I ve received message from them before for example my ADR but not my PPR I just hope it won t be a struggle to ask for them to send it again ...

Yes as soon as they open in like 10 min I m gonna call them.

What do you mean by "faster"? Usually, I had to call them multiple times to get into their waiting list!

Ok i see. Like I meant instead of listening to the menu if I can just press 0 and it will connect my call.

If you get through, you can press 1 and then enter your phone number to get them calling you.

Hi everyone,
I have a question. I am inland but my spouse is outland. I got a message last week in my account saying that I should send his passport but the letter also said not to send his passport unless I get my PR. Not sure should I send my passport aswell? In short is the last step for us as inland applicants is to send our passports with that form? Or I should wait for any call. Because the visa officer said to me on phone that our office will contact you for you landing in Vancouver

My progress bar is 100 percentage completed and now it's saying your application is taking us longer than usual to process. Anyone have same thing on cic account?
