My AR is Dec 7 2020
M still waiting my AOR
I called twice to IRCC , agent don't tell me anything.
M worried some people are getting AOR who submitted their files after December 7 , 2020 .
Please advice me what can I do .

Be patient and dont compare your process to others... they dont do first como first serve unfortunately

I theory you can't have two application at the same time but I saw a lot people is doing it.

You can - but you'll pay two sets of fees and won't be able to get a refund.

My application will be under the pnp-EE which mean I will drop my PNP-paperbase. I spoke with the immigration officer (NB) and he told me that

Maybe because that's PNP -> PNP? There are a number of people on this forum who have had EE CEC and Paper PNP in progress at the same time with no issue.
