Hi Guys. I got my PNP approved after I submit my Express Entry in one hour. It seems that my application is already approved 3 month ago and until I submit express entry, the officer then send my COPR to me. No portal, get COPR directly.. Need to withdraw my Express Entry application.

Aor: 2019 07 11
Med Pass: 2021 02 14
Submit extra doc: 2021 05 14
Copr: 2021 09 28

Congratulations! It was my plan to apply for PR via Express Entry as well, but I talked to a lawyer and he told me I first need to withdraw my current application under PNP to be eligible to apply via EE. He recommended not to do that after waiting for more that 2 years for PR via PNP. I was wondering how did you do that? Did you withdraw your PNP application before applying for EE? I have the same timeline (AOR 20 July 2019), no news yet :(

Hi,
You do not need to withdraw any application. I see some people has three application being proceed at the same time. It comes out that my PNP was approved several month ago. Until I submit my Express Entry file, the officer remember to issue my copr under PNP..

nearly the same AR here. 28 months of waiting and waiting and waiting. I am really disappointed.
Today, I talked to our MP, and she said 27 months of waiting is not much, they are working on your applications! Apparently, 5 years waiting might make little sense to them :|
