Only way to access to ecas is your have to contact ircc contact centre otherwise there is no option.

Hey guys, another news to share..
as per my yerterday's port, I got and email reply from IRCC PR PORTAL with my log in credentials, I have uploaded my photo and address there and will wait for them to approve it (thinking it will be quick as they replied the next day;;; even being saturday), then I will be able to download eCOPR and my PR card will arrive in one week as per their timeline.. This whole new portal seems so much insteresting, I think it was worth waiting 20 days after DM .. I will keep u guys posted for any new updates,, GOOD LUCK EVERYONE WHOSE WAITING, I KNOW ITS TOUGH WAITING BUT IT FEELS SO MUCH BETTER ONCE U RECEIVE IT.

Hi just wondering if anyone is in a similar situation:

AOR July 5, 2019.
PAL Dec 21, 2019.
Upfront Med: Oct 12, 2020.
MR: Oct 29, 2020.
Resent Upfront medical sheets via webform: Oct 30, 2020.
Ghost Update on IRCC: We did not receive the results of your required medical exam. Check your medical exam request message below for details.

I called my doctor and he said that the results were sent in on Oct 14, 2020.

Anyone have the same issue, what should I do moving forward? Send another webform?

It did show "action required" previously. Now it has updated to "Submitted"
