Which clinic did you use, I have a same path as you, BC PNP tech pilot, Paper based PR.

I've contacted a couple of clinics and they told me I will have to deliver my results.

Yes, I called them and actually they told me I have to upload my file if I'm going to do upfront.

This is weird because you don’t have the results. The only thing they will give you is the receipt, this one you can upload by webform if you want.
But it is not mandatory

When did your doctor submit the report? I did in Sep 2nd week

I did medical on sep 9 and doc submitted it on 19.
