I called CIC a couple days ago my file is at 73% 5 more months to go and no medical and they said i should be getting an update about medical next month So i think it’ll be a good idea to wait for the MR rather then doing it upfront?

I have also called cic, but they never mentioned that they will be sending MR next month.
Normally they don't know when IRCC will send these requests.
