Yes it is ..most of the applicants from july 2019 waiting for medical requests
Google ECAS ircc login..you can see the current update through that portal.
WOW Congratulations! I am also in the same stream with almost similar dates as yours. I was wondering though what transpired between PAL and PR. Did anyone call you for an interview? did you do the biometrics (not mentioned in your stats). I'm getting anxious waiting for the good news.
