It is more of telephone landing, that way we dont have to send our int'l passport for cic to put Visa, then go to the border to do flagpolliing

Yup same happend with me last week, I have sent our photos to the Vancouver office. I heard it can be 6+ months before we receive the card.

I just finished with call from visa officer now. We are now permanent resident of canada.

Yesterday it was 49%. Today, after the call, it became 100%
