PAL 1 mean eligibility is passed. You might receive a PAL 2 which is most likely criminality pass. After that your security will be checked then Decision made and PPR. Based on current trends, You will receive PPR after 3 to 4 month from your Medical pass.

Today I got update on ecas which is medical received. Background- we are processing your background since AOR received.

I'm July 2019 Aor, received PAL in Dec 2019. But no medical yet

It was on 19th Dec for my wife. Medical done 21st Dec. And submitted by the clinic on 9.1.20. But both of us did upfront medical. Cic didn't ask for my medical. They asked for my wife. Upfront medical will expire on 11th march 2020.

I'm surprised they let you do upfront medical for that stream in Ontario. In the application guide they specifically write not to do it
