INLAND PNP (paper based application)
Application Applied- 11 May 2018
Application Received- 14 May 2018
AOR - 25 july 2018

No Medical request yet.

When I check status through online portal this is what is shows as of 12/20/2019
  1. We received your application for permanent residence on May 14, 2018.
  2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on July 25, 2018.
  3. We started processing your application on July 25, 2018.
Nothing on GCMS notes as well, raised a web form query and same typical reply "still in process, 80% application are finished on time & 20% takes little more"

Called IRCC 8 to 10 times (last called 16 Dec 2019) , still same scripted reply, still in process. If there is any update we will email you. 80% application ...............! we have move your file to local Ottawa office it could take more 10 moths or less to process your application.

Applied for GCMS notes 4 times (latest received today) still same no difference .

Looks like my application hasn't moved since the acknowledgement.

Any advice what should I do?

Twice PNP paper application and Twice EE CEC

PNP

1st File returned after 9 month of applying due to incomplete copy of my spouse Birth Certificate ( 1st attempt 2017 Feb)

2nd File returned after 3 months of applying due to incomplete application (my lawyer missed sending my spouse schedule A form) ( 2nd Attempt Dec 2017)
3rd attempt, applied in May 2018 and still waiting.

Express Entry ( CEC)
1st Attempt June 2018. Refusal Aug 2018. Reason: not satisfied with the duties mention in the letter for NOC 6311
2ns Attempt Oct 2018. Refusal April 2019. Reason: Not satisfied with the number of hours performed. Not A Single Mistake in File this time still no luck. Appealed, got call from Officer with her reason for refusal.(Made no sense). Called up a lawyer to appeal in court, decided not to because our PNP application had only six month left according to the processing time. So we decided not to go that rout and save some money as appealing was not cheap. Believe me.!
