Because your an outland applicants the ghost updates likely signify the different stages: eligibility,background and security your application is going through. It is a sign that your application is moving along and someone is working on you file, which is likely in the final stage.No any DM or PPR. I am still waiting

But I got medical passed status and I got pre arrival letter at November 19 still I have to wait until next year for ppr ??
Christmas holidays are coming, so a few a processing days will be lost. PPR can take a few weeks to a few months after pre-arrival letter.
As long as your work permit is not about to expire you have nothing to worry about. Just don't change jobs or get fired over the next couple of months because that can further delay your application.

I do not why there is no MP.
Do you know how they determine who gets a landing interview at their city of residence or a PPR request which means you have to land at the border?
I think ghost updates for Eligibility, rprf and Criminality, may be they are still checking secirity.
