Hi everyone, I am confused, I already got the decision made at May 21st, 2019, but still no ppr so far. I called the cic last friday and they just said if you didn't receive the ppr email yet, we will send it again. And then still waiting. Does anybody know what happen about this situation? thanks.

i guess something is wrong because even i tried to call many times they say we cannot find your application through their automaated call system and cannot even forward my call, i tried like 10 times.
I HOPE ITS A GOOD SIGN

Sometimes they might be sending it to an email which is not in use. Saw a case like that few days ago. Make sure your email is correct.
yes, when I called the cic last week, the agent told me they have two email address in my application(I don't know why they have two), and he asked me to check which email address is correct, I told him my email address, so I think my information is no problem now.
