This is a good news. I am November 23 applicant and my medical expire in 1 week. How do you call to cic? I tried call them few times, but it was always unsuccessful ((

Hi guys,
I just speaked to an agent and he told me that security check was started on may 8 and still in progress.
How long does this security check take, do you have any ideas?
I am Nov 23, 2017 inland applicant with 2 dependents.
MR 08 May 2018
MP 02 June 2018.
Also he told me that they will extend medical, so don't needed to do it again.

I submitted my medical with my file.
They requested additional doc on may 2018. I submitted in june 2018
I called cic last month they said criminality, eligibility and medical is passed. But medical expired. Didn’t say a word about extension or re- do medical.
I am trying to call them so many time . they say it’s a high number of calls at the moment we are unable to process. So when should i call them.
