Those 20 months is what website says. Then what’s the point to put it there? Reduce phone calls to CIC? But they are not giving any news. I’m Dec 4th and they said my estimated time is August 4th 2019

Hi! Did someone see a progress bar in the federal application (My cic online account)?
I saw today -
File submitted Dec 22, 2017
Estimated completion date: Aug 22, 2019

My theory is true. They just put the 20 months to everybody on that bar. However, the pattern here seems to be 17 months or 17 months and a half to passport request. Let’s say 18 months after you get it back and do the landing. Maybe this considers receive the PR Card?
