I know. I wonder the same. My case is pretty easy. Single applicant, no dependents. I just have lived in my country and Canada. No criminal record. Canadian Education. I don't understandThis is so bad.. I'm January applicant and i am praying for December applicants to get ppr.. and then i hear you guys.. I don't know when god will listen to us because i don't know what wrong we have done to deserve this
Thank you!! I feel better after reading your messages. You are right, there is nothing else to do. Chin up and book that appointment when I get the request.Oh man, I am so sorry to hear this. This is so infuriating. Hang in there buddy! Looking at your situation I am now thinking that I too will get re medical request. Mine was done on 18th May 2018. This is just so sad . All I can say is chin up and get the medical done as soon as you get it. This is all going to get over soon, hang in there!
Will doHey hie I also got ghost update yesterday keep. In touch if you recieved anything thanks
Did they really asked you to redo medical??? that is frustrating!!! I should be expecting a medical request tooThis ghost update is the worst. I called CIC and the ghost update is that they are working on my file and they requested new medical exams. This is so unfair. I didn't do medical exams upfront trying to play smart, I did because they requested me. Those exams are almost $400. I got super mad during the call and the agent just said wait until you receive the request again. Plus here in Manitoba get an appointment it takes up to one month. They approved 2018 people and the 2017 they request new medicals? I'm so pissed.

Link for this thread pleaseI had my medical Done on May 24 2018 and MP June 07 2018... Haven't any request to re-do any medical or anything..I called my consultant to check how long will my medical be valid for he said 18 months....Now I have been reading on forum medical expire after 1 year.
I tried to call IRCC they keep hanging up due to high volume...But automated message says I have passed Medical...Do I still need to worry?
I followed trend of the Ghost Update & DM this week... looks like AOR between Jan 31-Feb 09 recived PPR.... Maybe next Monday I might get it.
If anyone has any info please do share.
Your consultant simply provided you with incorrect information as they do on regular basis. The expiry date of your medical is actually indicated on your e-medical sheet and it is only valid for one year. I think you are right. I'm glad that I'm talking to you guys, who are going through the same situation. We are on the same boat. Even if we have to get medical exams again, we will do it. We will recover the money at some point. It is not fair, that is true, but let's think that is the finally step and we will become PR very soonYour consultant simply provided you with incorrect information as they do on regular basis. In regards to people with AOR between Jan31-Feb 09, I can assure you there is a lot of people including me (AOR Feb5th) and the WhatsApp group that I am in that haven't received DM nor PPR. My medical is expiring in 4 days and all we can do is wait patiently and see what happens. Cheers bud
