Hi i am 25nov2016 applicant still waiting for ppr.

I am december 30 applicant, today my application status changes from submitted to updated and then back submitted . does anybody know whats going on?

The reason why you got that updated status, because the officer did something on your file.
And the reason why it is back to submitted, because you accessed your file.
It was the sign for issuing the PPR email on the same day at least until last week.
However for some reason, from this week, even with that update status, they don't issue the PPR right away, something has changed.

BTW, The only additional document that I uploaded was the receipt of RPRF fee.

No change was made on CIC profile, but they have added one line on ECAS as below.

1. We received your application for permanent residence on March 2, 2017.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on April 3, 2017.
3. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on April 4, 2017.
4. We started processing your application on April 4, 2017.
5. We sent you correspondence on December 12, 2017. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
6. Medical results have been received.

Nope, I got the AOR on April 3, 2017, and I linked my file to CIC April 4, 2017.
However I'm not the only one who got this additional line, there are many applicants here got the same thing.
I guess they have changed the system something.
