Hi, I need some help here.

Here is what shows in my online service page - I can't link my GCkeys because I have a representative.

  1. We received your application for permanent residence on December 19, 2016.
  2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on February 5, 2017.
  3. We started processing your application on February 5, 2017.
  4. Medical results have been received.
They have received my MR on 1/26/18 but the online service page hasn't changed to passed since then. Which number should I call? Should I worry about it or it is normal?

Only in MyCIC it will show passed in Ecas will stay like that!I am thinking that You already passed medicals,to be 100% sure call them

I do not think you need to worry about your medical. Ecas dose not provide any details about your medical test. Mine says same as your although mycic says it is passed. If you are still anxious about your medical test result, you always can call to cic ARS number and listen to the details of your application status which is exactly same as your mycic account.

call CIC customer care no 1-888-242-2100. no need to speak with agent. Select soft serve option 1 1 2 1 1. The interactive voice response (IVR) will inform you about status of your medical exam. It is available 24*7., 365 days
