Guys Got the PPR finally after 15 months.

Timeline is as follow:

Application Received: Dec 05, 2016 applicant (OINP - NOC 2133)
AOR: February 20, 2017
Medical request : 8 Jan 2018
Med Passed: 18 Jan 2018 (updated on my CIC account)
BGIP: 27 FEB
PPR: March 7 2018

My bgip is in process since feb 27 .
I been hearing my status through automated phone and its been sayin we are processing your background check past few days
And today in addition to we are processin your background it is also sayin we are reviewing the additional documents i provided ( i have a representative and i dont think we submit anything we send my rcmp and police clearance when i applied) so i hope this is a good sign and i am close to get ppr

bcpnp inland applicant here . file sent feb 2017 . aor may 2017, paid rprf in august 2017. did upfront medicals in dec 2017. automated phone machine tells me medicals passed and bgip . does some one know how longer it takes usually from this step ?

By looking at forum rn looks like everyone who is engineers and software engineers and all sort of higher positions people are gettin ppr faster than others
My bgip since feb 27 too and lots of other people with same date bgip got their ppr already so who knows how long it will take
Hopefully this all will be over soon

Sorry no one knows! But what I know is now they are working on late Oct and early Nov. applicants although there are some irregular patterns have been observed such as some Dec.~Mar. applicants got their ppr. And forget about the bgip. I think the pattern of BGIP showing on mycic account has been changed from indication of very last step just before ppr to general idea at where the application package is. Your turn might come after most of Dec.~Jan. applicants get their ppr.

As we can see, nowadays early Nov and Dec 2016 applicants are receiving PPR one by one. Hopefully the PPR rain for Jan applicant will come sooooooooon!!!!!!

Hi guys please I need an advise.. my husband did medical for work permit 5 months ago.. can i use his same medical for PR application???
