Best to go for upfront. It doesnt matter. I am not sure reason why everyone so hesitant to do it upfront and wait for cic's infinity of time with medical requests. Several have done it and majority havent experienced any issues as such.

It all depends on the timing when you perform your upfront. The issue becomes when you do your upfront medical since the clinic creates their own UMI# and by the time its processed by CIC they happen to issue an actual medical with new IME#. I agree there have been cases where it resulted in confusion on part of cic and it may or may not speed up the process, but sevral have done to get over with this requirement rather than waiting endlessly. You are done with your part and rest relies on security. Again if you check out what cic says about doing upfront. Again its your personal choice so not challenging anyones opinion.

Sorry to hear about that. One of the regulations in obtaining AINP under SRS PGW is have to be working under a Alberta employer and since you have changed your job and became self employed, AINP revoked your nomination.

What permit are you currently holding?
wt if i change my job, after AOR??? BUT same field.. same Noc.. same position with higher pay...but different company?
should i hv to inform AINP? COS... my wp says Owp but restriction (work only in Alberta.). it means i can work anywhr in alberta... so ... should i hv to inform AINP... but its already expired b4 8 months...so...
