My file was received on 14th Nov 2016.

I've linked my application to CIC account: Application/profile status -> Open

I've seen that people are getting AOR in 2 months, not sure why I haven't received anything yet.

Any thoughts? I am single I don't if it is the reason to my process takes longer.

Currently I am temporary worker in Vancouver BC.

Thanks,
Allex

If you dont have employment restriction on you pnp then you should wait because as per current

Situation you will get your AOR soon

If you have employmet restriction then there is no point of waiting for AOR because you have to apply close workpermit

Thanks !

I don't have employment restriction. This is why I am waiting, I noticed some ppl sent their file in Nov and got their AOR already so I am hoping to get it soon before my OWP end.

File received by Sydney Nov 03, 2016.
I was able to link my application to my CIC account on NOV 04, 2016.
Jan 23, 2017 I received an email with update in my CIC Account.
I logged in, and that's what I noticed:
MY application # changed from XEP to EP!
Review of eligibility: Review in Process
Back check: in Process.
Can anyone tell why I did not receive any AOR yet?? if they started processing my application?
Thanks...

Hi Aliwa, i hope you can get the answer soon. My guess would be the Mail Delivery Time? Sometimes it takes longer than usual to deliver? I will leave someone whos more senior to verify as well lol

Also quick question - how did yo know your application number if you dont have AOR? whats the number / format you put? Thank you!!

Once you link your paper application to your CIC account, it shows your application number!
Once you link it, the application number starts with XEP!
Then once they start processing it, it switches to EP00*****

EE, transmitted all files on 11-24-16, together with the upfront medical confirmation letter....
