I had sent it with my application in December. But sent it again on April 10th after I got the reminder letter from them

You will still get a medical examination request( if not done already)
And then your background check will turn to in process again after that you will be requested to send passport

So I used the receipt number to check the status of my application online

And then your background check will turn to in process again after that you will be requested to send passport

Thank you, I already got medical done before hand. They have the documents for that too.

when i opened this link and fill all the info it does show me three lines about correspondence but not anything about RPRF?
however i have received a reminder email for RPRF fee which i did pay early this month. i m not sure why it does not show on my ecas.

You have to select receipt number as identity type
Where you type application number or UCI number

First of all thanks for telling me and yeah i was choosing application number type.
however now i chose receipt no. type and entered the number and all info it says

That means your receipt has not been connected to the application yet

As per trend nowadays, it is taking approximately 13-15 months (except some cases ~11-12 months) (INLAND)
