I have already submitted my docs for Pr and I couldnt provide proof if i put him as my common law partner so had to declare myself as single.
What shall I do? I terrible want him to accompany me in my migration.

After you get AOR you may submit update forms in addition a copy of marriage certificate.

I shipped my file to Sydney, NS on DEC 1, 2016.
Received the file by Intake office as of Dec 7, 2016 (as per delivery proof with sign from the intake office).

I tried to link my account on DEC 20, 2016. As soon as I linked, it shows the table where it mentioned that "Date submitted" Dec 20, 2016 (which is same as when I linked my account).

So, should I consider the file received as of Dec 7, 2016 or Dec 20, 2016? Because based on that I can expect my AOR 3 months later.

Response would be greatly appreciated!

When the Packet reaches at sydney, they stamped it with current. And that is actual receiving date.

Thank you for your response. But the date Dec 7 is when actually they received my file and I have signature proof too. But when I linked the account, on Dec 20, it show the same date and time as received.

So that logic is confusing me. If I would have linked my account on Dec 31, 2016 then would it be that as receive date? Because they show date, time stamp and it shows exact time and date when I actually tried linking.

Too confusing. Only would be able to solve the mystery once the AOR comes!

That is the date of linking. You can see some other dates like last login date. If u press lower and upper arrows then date updated in lower line. Try it

No need to worry, you can either try it a week later or wait till you get the aor and use uci / ap number to link you application.
