Hi friend I need your help. I got my PPR 22:MAY:2018: I sent my passport to the Ottawa visa office in Canada 22:MAY:2018:and my wife and daughter they submitted their passport to the Delhi visa office in India.23:MAY:2018:they got their passport with PR VISA AND COPR.But I do not received my passport yet.can my wife and daughter arrive in Canada before I get my passport....THANKS....

yes, Principal applicant needs to be the first person to make the entry, if dependents do it before- immigration can deny the entry.
call CIC and ask the agent about your passport whereabouts. did you check the tracking number- when you sent the passport to them- did that got delivered ??

when you log in to cic account and view your pr application - where it tells you your status. if you scroll a little down, you will see document/counterfoil number, usually you can see your status being approved - where it usually says your application is under process

Finally, landing in IRCC Kitchener, ON at 11am. totally 5 min to 10 min about the interview. no question, just sign a Confirmation of PR and provide 2 photos. waiting about 6 weeks for the card.

I don't think you need to bring another set of photos as you sent it already.
In his case, he landed in person without sending photos and passport ahead.

You should check myCIC account, not ecas.
Clicking "Check the message in details" button, you will find them out.

I dont think you need provide them other photos. the two photos are only for the COPR that you have got it.
