do they keep saying you are awating to go through final review by the officer?
What do your GCMS notes say, have you ordered them?

You are right. I am in final review more than 1 month after I received my "Updated".
I didn't order my GCMS because cic agents and MP told me everything is done and I don't have to order GCMS.
Every time they said you will get ppr very soon. A few days or next week.
Basically, I never thought I would be waiting so long (1 month) for the final review whereas ppr was not sent yet.

I was been told the same things as everything is done every time I called them. You will receive ppr very soon.
Now, more than 1 month passes.

just checked IRCC, they changed processing time for PNP Non-Express Entry processing time to 19 month (updated on June 3rd)

No, It's completely wrong, Your husband got PPR in which your name is not shown but when you sent the passport to CIC you both need to submit. If you both lives in the different country then principal applicant send his details to the home country then you both got a visa and COPR and after country out you, both got became PR.

the letter never has dependent's name in it. it only states primary applicant's name and then putting send your passport including any dependents you may have listed in your application. so you and your husband both need to send your respective passports. they usually ask for Passport, 2 photos each and filled and signed Annex A
