Can we start a petition?? Or email our situation to immigration minister? Maybe it will help us. Just a thought? Bcoz we are only 2016 OCT November December applicants stuck and they are already processing 2017 files.

Dec 29 applicant here. Still waiting.

14 dec here still waiting. Security in process from first week of may. Clear record no issues. 6 members of my family already permanent residence here from last 8 and 3 years. Idk why they are talking such a long time for my security.

Yes! Already 8 jan. Also passed on 20th jan. According to Gcms notes. Which I ordered in feb and received on 15th march. And also eligibility and criminalty passed last year june and September respectively. Bg. Since 27 feb. Security started may first week.

I called them. Before like in April they were keep telling me its not started yet. And then in may i called them every week. From may’s first week they smare telling me security is going on.

Let at least pass 20 months. 1-2 months delay is normal for CIC.
Still lots of applicants from Sep 2016 and before that are waiting.

Actually there are already so many petitions going on right now for the last 2 years but nothing seems to get the attention of the minister. Last may 25 news they hired 60 cic officer just for the fast processing of asyllum seekers coming from USA. They are more concerned about the refugee and asyllum seeker than us who are under the legal processing. Why not finish the backlog of the PNP applicant before taking other cases. I'm so frustrated now.
