Can you please tell me what time usually return tracking activates? Mine was approved since yesterday morning but return tracking isn't activated yet.

It was 6:46pm in Ottawa on April 12th.

I don’t have access to that as my representative has it
But i know that when I call 18882422100 they don’t need any additional documents and say that they will contact me once a final decision has been made
So frustrating it’s the same since a month or more than that
