My friend changed the job 4 months ago but did not inform Province or Federal, should he tell now? he is waiting for the PR from 4 months now after medical was done. Passed medical on 27th December 2017.

yeah i saw "update" on my CIC page at afternoon and by evening 5pm est i got the PPR email
