Just called CIC the agent told me that:

1) Criminality Done
2) Eligibility Done
3) Medical Done
4) Background in still process

Not really sure what is really happening to the Novembers when Decembers are already getting PPRs and landing.
Agent also mentioned about significant delays on PNP applications, but other PNPs are just fine.. could be because mine is Manitoba? who knows.

I guess there is nothing I can do but to wait and wait. Patience is a virture people say. lets see about that! lol

The agent mentioned the delay for certain PNP applicants? I am from Ontario, submitted on September 30th 2016.
