I send my application on 28 dec, and cic still don't take money from my mastercard, can someone tell me if is in the same situation like me

I have sent mine on 19th Dec and they deducted on 20th Dec from my Master Card, as per checking status, it says application received on 28th Dec and on 1st of Feb i received my EP file number. So i believe you may have to call them and check, unless someone else has same issue.

My timeline:
PR application (AINP inland) received by CIC on September 22, 2016
got AOR on December 22 , 2016
Upfront medical exam on January 31, 2017
Request to pay RPRF on February 7 , 2017
My medical exam is PASSED on February 8, 2017
