Hi, pls for the seniors. How long does it take CIC to return passport after visa stamping.

Just wondering, CIC received my passport yesterday morning and this evening, the return envelope has been activated by Canada post... any ideas?

Probably they stamped it already and sending it back to you. I don't think there is anything to worry about.

Hi everyone, actually today i called CIC because i couldnt link my application online and when they were helping me they said im entering my "place where intend to live" wrong is should be st.albert but ihave nothing to do with with that place even my job and my home is in edmonton.im wondering that if it is ok ..maybe my rep did that intentionally so i can link my application...or is it a really problem?

Just called CIC for my application status update and lady said Medical, background they both were passed on 19th march and security just passed today so it was fairly recent and she said only thing i am missing is final decision that they can make anytime within the normal procesing time limit which ends 28th May.

When your BG check started after medical ? .After security Passed, is it now "Not applicable" ?
Mine BG check started on Feb 27 and it is still saying that "We are processing your background check"

I got my note today , security not started but security page is blank and it shows security 2 at the end , and it is showing medical not passed .location : temporary medical pr and due date was yesterday . But my medical is already passed .
And it have s26 on top right , can anyone help me understanding note ?
