Well, I got my AOR on Nov 7th. Until today I haven't received any news from them. My VO is Mexico... Just waiting and fingers crossed.

We are Sep 2015 SINP OID applicants. We were nominated by saskatchewan on July 2016, then July 25th CIC app and finally AOR on Nov 7th 2016.

I am also wondering what is second AOR means ? I know you submitted your file second time as your first file returned so that's why you called second AOR

How to know which office is processing your case?

I still no be able to link my file. my lawyer said no need to link. Is it because I have a lawyer as my representative?

Oh, very senior. I also submitted an incomplete application on 23 sept, 15, after that withdrew it and resubmitted on 4 Jan. With complete documents.

Thnx a lot. No , which file returned, it's all record deleted by CIC . They don't have any record of refused or cancelled.
Second AOR means my file transferred to my local visa office, new Delhi for medical and next proceedings.

I heard SINP is the fastest, other provinces more lazy. Quebec takes 2- 3 years.
