PNP PR - October-November-December 2016 Applicants

Can anyone advise me on schedule A form? I submitted schedule A with my PR application, at that my work permit was not rejected but later on my Work permit rejected and then after reapplying I got my work permit.

Should i revised my schedule A forms? Also, should i send RCMP now as i didnot submitted at the time of PR application.

that's a progress NOT process

My eligibilty review is in progress not backgroud is in process. But my ecas shows in process so i m confused what does it mean

You are welcome buddy
I don't think so marking X should be problem. You must have missed some important information to fill in forms (signature by hand with date in most cases )or to include some documents. you should go through you application if you have copy of it or try to get that copy of letter early which you are going to get with return application package by contacting cic.
In canada application doesn't take that long I guess you should get your package within 10 days as mine

I think no. Ink nor matters. And x is not a problem for non applicable. They raise objection only when check wrong option as right, or miss to check. I will send u the list of reasons related to rejection. They sent be with explanation letter.

The reasons for Cancellation/Refusal are as follows:-
1. Did not complete essential fields on the Generic Application Form (IMM0008)
2. Did not sign and/or date the Generic Form
3. You have checked the USE OF A REPRESENTATIVE on your Document checklist. Please provide the necessary form and information for further processing of your Application (IMM5476)
4. You have listed someone on your application that does not seem to fall under the category of dependent.
5. You must submit the following with your application :
a. Schedule A Background Declaration (IMM 5669) for all persons on the file (accompanying or not) 18 years of age or over.
b. Schedule 4 : Economic Classes - Provincial Nominee (IMM0008)
c. Schedule 4 : requires an original signature
d. Supplementary Information - Your Travels (IMM5562)
e. Additional Family Information (IMM5406) for all persons on the family (accompanying or not) 18 years of age or older.
f. Nomination Certificate/Letter
g. Copy of Birth Certificate
h. Copy of Passport

6. You must submit, with your application, photos for each person on file (accompanying or not).
7. The Generic Application Form (IMM0008) must include all necessary information for you, the spouse, the common law partner and any eligible dependent whether they are accompanying or not.
8. You have provided IRCC with two applications for Permanent Residence in Canada for both the Principal applicant and Spouse. Please indicate which applicant will be considered the Principal applicant. Please note that the Generic Application Form for Canada is required for ONLY the principal Applicant.
9. Proof of Language Proficiency.

It should works. I could link to my account when they got my application. Clink " Link application to this account" then "PR " -"PRO NORMIN PROGRAM". After you fill out all Info, it should works. My lawyer submitted my appliaction and I could link it myself without asking him any info.

There are different ways to Link your application, try providing only your Family name, Giving name and Birth date. it worked for me. Good Luck

Thank you for sending CIC explanation letter.

You told before that you didn't submit the IELTS report that's why returned the application.
1. But CIC raised so many questions for u, really you didn't signed the generic form.

2. What are the essential fields you missed in your generic form,because if you miss some fields you can't generate bar code pages that's why I asked this question?

3.In 5c,you didn't sign in Economic class form,why CIC raised this question to u?

4. In 5d, Supplementary Information - your travels form, anything we have to sign in this form because there is no space for signing,is it right?

5.why this CIC confusing in Qno.8,no one send two PR applications to CIC,why they asked this question?

CIC received my package on 12/19/16, yesterday I got an email with my UCI and Application number EPxxxxxxxx. I'm able to check my application status which shows in progress, but I can't link it to my account. Can anyone tell why?
