May 2017... I did upfront but then they still sent me a MR last dec19 , and showing still Medical on review ...

Can somebody please explain to me the confusing abbreviation of EOI, LAA, LoA, AoR, MR, BG, DM, PPR, VOH ...etc? So I can share my timeline here too.
I'm guessing BG means background checking?? But "background" is one word, not "back ground", and shouldn't it be BC?
It's not like it needs a lot of typings.........
