And i have created my express entry profile for chemical technician and my CRS score is 363..so should i go for pNP? Kindly suggest your views..

you have to check with your representative lawyer if he/she received MR email

think last draw was that invitations were sent to people who had around 446 pnts.
Can you bring your current nr up (spouse, french language etc) ? If not you will probably will need to go via PNP

I just got my MR on dec 19 and I am oct 06 applicant. I would say wait few more weeks

Took so long to get a reminder. The only thing I owe them in the reminder is my police clearance certificate which I have uploaded online. I'm still in my current location and intend to remain there until I get my PR. Also paid all fees at the time of application

As far as i know, i need at lest 6 months validity in my passport so i can get the visa stamped,

As I know, you should have at least 6 months in your passport when you landing, mine will expire in Sep,2018, I have renewed and updated to CIC.

As for CIC guidelines I think you are right. Nevertheless, I would not speculate with that. Get a hold of the CIC and ask them about it. May I know why you cannot get a new passport?
