It is entirely up to you, but I would consider paying RPRF upfront just to save the extra few weeks of processing. If you're like me (and many other applicants) each day that passes is another day that feels like a wasted day of pointless waiting.

I agree to that.

I honestly don't believe paying RPRF upfront would save you "several weeks". But could be wrong.

I did pay it upfront just now. I dont think it would hurt to pay RPRF Upfront.

My Timeline:

PNP Application Received: Nov 20, 2015
AOR: April 15, 2015
Medical Request: April 22, 2015
Medical Submitted by Doctor: May 3, 2015
ECAS Medical Received Update: Not yet
RPRF Payment Upfront: June 25, 2015

hussy74 just click on your underlined application status(Application received). it will show whether your medicals have received or no.

That is exactly what I am doing. I contacted CIC and the lady did not even take my application number and told me to just wait. The last time I called, the guy told me that we can see your profile and what is happening on your file but I can not tell you anything before the processing time has passed.

This is what ECAS shows for me:
1. We received your application for permanent residence on November 20, 2014.

There is nothing else to do. :)

I am gonna pay RPRF upfront and I will also sent PCC but I am confused where to send it? Sydney or Ottawa? My medical request was from Sydney not sure if my file has been sent to Ottawa yet or not.

Hussy74 when you paid RPRF did CIC ask where to send the receipt? And Where do I send the PCC?
