PNP PR November 2014 Applicants

Hey guys, just thought I would share a more general update as I know everyone is pretty desperate for information (me included). I am a November applicant waiting for AOR.

I called CIC yesterday to change my address (I submitted an online request but hadn't heard back in over 30 days) and was able to get through to a call centre agent. She found my application and could confirm that they had received it but they hadn't started looking at it yet (my FedEx tracking says it arrived at CIC on November 28th). I asked what they expected in terms of AOR these days, she said that it usually takes around 2,5 months but that they are a bit behind and working to catch up. She said that I should call again if I don't hear from them in the next 4-6 weeks.

Just wanted to share this with you guysl

Hey Guys I called CIC today. They told me my application was open in last week of Feb but no AOR yet. I dont know why havnt i received an AOR if my application is opened. Any comments?????

PR application sent to Sydney, NS: 2015-01-17
Application received: 2014-01-20
AOR received: Still Waiting

Hi Imrankh85, you won't get AOR until they have made sure that your application is complete and filled out properly. My guess is that they open each application as they come in, log their arrival date etc in a system and then start going over it, making sure that everything is there. AOR is a receipt of a COMPLETE application rather than just a receipt that they received AN application.
