hello all,

I have a question if anyone of you can please help me in that. I got my pnp this month and preparing documents for federal application. I have collected all documents.

My question is I am single and never married and do not have any dependent that I have to mention in my profile.
So in pnp checklist IMM 5690 these are document they are asking for-

*Additional dependant declaration IMM008DEP.
*Statutory declaration of common law union IMM5409
*declaration of non accompanying guardian for minors IMM5604.
So what do you guy think I should do, should I skip these form in my file as they are not associated to me as I am single and never been married or I should print these and write N/A and attach these form to my file. anyone had same experience can please help me.

any help given will be much appreciated. Thanks

Hello everyone,

I have one concern if anyone can address that, I am working on LMO as a sandwich artist in subway, i have applied for my PR file, through my Sinp Hospitality sector category nomination in May 2015, recently I got promoted to manager so my immigration consultant is saying I cant work on my new position with my current work permit, so she's gonna get new sinp job approval letter, revised sinp nomination & new work permit, so i can work on new position after that.

My question will these all new stuff slow down my PR process? she is saying no but i doubted. Right now on ECAS my file is in process, and i am waiting for my medical req. yet.

Please let me know your thoughts.

Thanks.

Your consultant is nut.
I think you should not overthink. Just keep quiet and wait for the PR... ;D

But these all process will make any difference to my file?

Do not initiate any process... Just as it is. Promotion is not a big issue as long as it's the same working place.

Yes you should print and write N / A on the forms as thats the way of declaration that you are single otherwise these will be considered missing documents. Thats my two cents.

hello all,

I have a question, i prepared my application to send to cic, but i am confused what they mean by 2 self address mailing labels . One in english and one in language of home country.
supporting documents required in this checklist, and
• include 2 self-addressed mailing labels:
• one in English or French and
• one in the official language of your country of residence.

Anyone can please help me with this.

Thanks

You need to print two labels with your name and address on them. One label in the language you're using to apply to Canada (either English or French), and the other in the native language of the country you are applying from. In my case, both labels were in English.

You don't need to, only the things which are mentioned in checklist and applicable to you.
