Any of the update you can share now? are you trying again for work permit extension? perhaps you can go border custom, they might be able to renew your work permit immediately? because for my first work perimt, I got it in airport custom while entry Canada. So I guess you might be able to get that immediately in border.

Yaanlpc, thank you for your suggestion.

I checked the CIC website, it says " Restoration of status cannot be granted at the POE. "

So I applied for work permit extension on August again, just waiting for it now. >:(

Hi Friends,
my ECAS also updated recently & now I have 2 lines, but shows old date for In-Process. What-ever, at least I got an update....

1.We received your application for permanent residence on May 04, 2015.
2.We started processing your application on July 20, 2015.

You can ask the last quarter applicants of ottawa in different threads whereas others are not even at MR stage.

There are many/some in the same situation. As per general suggestion from others and from vo (acknowledgment email), we need to wait till they ask for some documents. Some say its valid for 6 and some say its valid for a year if its within 3 months of application date, hence not sure if we need to keep on applying for pcc every 2 months. Or we will have to apply for pcc once we get the request. I am also waiting for the last 2 months but not sure if inland vo is going to ask on pcc for the next 6 months, will need to wait and see.

Hey people, any updates on MRs for the INLAND 2015 MAY batch??

Nope.

Not likely to be any developments for at least another month, if not two. Being realistic, I don't expect to hear anything until after Christmas. Across other forums here there are many people with inland applications from earlier in the year (Feb, March, April) who are still waiting.
