Hi, they received my application for PR on April 30, 2015. i did not hear anything after that and i also have only 1 line saying "We received your application for permanent residence on April 30, 2015" anyone have something say about this ?

Are you Inland or applied from outside Canada. Where is your visa office?

Got my passport back with immigrant stamp!! Thank you Lord for the fast processing it only took 5.5months!!!

. Why do they refused it?? How did you applied for wp extension with employer support, pnp based or with file number? If you can share coz I also applied for work permit extension bit scared now

Don't worry Sup17 and yaanlpc.
I applied for work permit extension with pnp based, but I didn't get pnp at that time.
After I got pnp, CIC didn't request my latest document and refused my application.

I applied for work permit extension with pnp based, but I didn't get pnp at that time.
After I got pnp, CIC didn't request my latest document and refused my application.

. Lol you scared me I applied with pnp and now I sent my file number too for cec application I hope they don't reject it gonna be really hard if that happens

Hello Friends,

My application was received by CIC on 31st July.
I am waiting for my AOR.

My post grad work permit is expiring on 25 Feb, 2016.
Right now processing times for work permit is like 135 days..
So I don't want to take any chance..
I can only apply for my bridging work permit in prior to 4 month of expiry date ...
So I can apply after 26th October..
I went through the online eligibility questions and got the code...to apply
but the document check list doesn't say anything about AOR or PNP certificate...
I can attach scan copy of my PNP certificate but how do I mention the AOR ...as we only get email from CIC..
Does the email from CIC regarding AOR contain any pdf document?

Also I havent my received my AOR yet, can I apply when 4 months the time is due without receiving AOR?
If yes how do I sent them info about my AOR once I receive it after sending my work permit application online?

Please somebody guide me...

Any of the update you can share now? are you trying again for work permit extension? perhaps you can go border custom, they might be able to renew your work permit immediately? because for my first work perimt, I got it in airport custom while entry Canada. So I guess you might be able to get that immediately in border.
