Can any one please clarify ECA(Educational Credential Assessment) is mandatory in CANADA to get a job?
I am sorry, its not a topic related question, but if its really required we have to process it before reaching CANADA(meanwhile PR processing).

I am sorry, its not a topic related question, but if its really required we have to process it before reaching CANADA(meanwhile PR processing).

it depends what your qualification is. if it is a regulated profession or a skilled job, you have to get credentials assessed..also there are different types of assessments..for immigration and for work and further study..

That's a genuine good news for all inland applicant. In recent past as we have seen getting MR from Ottowa do not indicate a genuine progress of application because normally they used to send MR with AOR but now seems their Work pattern has changed and they are Now sending MR after starts processing with the file ( like all Outland visa offices do ) and working really fast.

My friend,
It only took 28 days from File Transfer email to my Medical Request! It is very fast in compare to other visa offices working on Outland applicants because normally Medical will be Requested after In Process in visa office and it will normally happen at least 1 to 3 months after file transfer. But for Inland applicants sometimes Medical Request come just after EP AOR day.

I feel the work efficiency is quite fast in France, my wife requested an police certificate from Lyon, they sent her the 2nd day after application, and Free. that's surprising. Why Canada CIC can't do it like that?!
