I made two excel files for myself and insert every data about receiving XEP AOR and EP AOR from other friends in those excel files and I can see how exactly CIO work these days!

1) XEP AOR:
CIO are sending out XEP AORs in a batch pattern: They have sent XEP AORs in these days in 2015:
- Application received by CIO from 12 January 2015 to 23 January 2015 (Two Weeks), received XEP on 15 April 2015 -> Waiting time= 93days to 82days
- Application received by CIO from 26 January 2015 to 09 February 2015 (Two Weeks), received XEP on 24 April 2015 -> Waiting time= 88days to 74days
- Application received by CIO from 11 February 2015 to 25 February 2015 (Two Weeks), received XEP on 01 May 2015 -> Waiting time= 78days to 64days
- Application received by CIO from 27 February 2015 to 20 March 2015 (Three Weeks), received XEP on 15 May 2015 -> Waiting time= 77days to 56days
- Application received by CIO from 23 March 2015 to 13 April 2015 (Three Weeks), received XEP on 04 June 2015 -> Waiting time= 77days to 56days

As we can see waiting time is reducing in every batch BUT for some of applicants it is better than others. It means it is your chance to be located in the first part or last part of a batch and for example in the last batch for 04 June 2015, there were applicants who could get XEP within 52 days but for some of them it was still 73 days.

2) EP AOR:
For EP AOR the story is different and they don't send EP in a batch series. They send it when assessment of an application finished and they entered in their online system. About waiting time we have here:
- Application received by CIO on 31 December 2014 received EP on 06 May 2015 -> Waiting time= 126days
- Application received by CIO on 15 January 2015 received EP on 14 May 2015 -> Waiting time= 119days
- Application received by CIO on 22 January 2015 received EP on 21 May 2015 -> Waiting time= 119days
- Application received by CIO on 02 February 2015 received EP on 28 May 2015 -> Waiting time= 115days
- Application received by CIO on 11 February 2015 received EP on 04 June 2015 -> Waiting time= 113days
- Application received by CIO on 25 February 2015 received EP on 04 June 2015 -> Waiting time= 99days

It shows the waiting time for EP AORs is reducing when we go forward.

Conclusion:
These days, the average waiting time for XEP AOR is 62.5days (about 2 months) and for EP AOR is 106 days.(about 3.5 months)

COrrect, hoping that within 2 months we get XEP . Its only 8 days. I need to wait 80 more days to see when XEP will come. Days are going very slow nowadays .
