It looks like nowadays we will see the communication that are sent to candidates as well. Slowly they are improving things.

heard its more than 40-45 days for manyharirajmohan said:i thought 30 days. interesting... thanks for letting us know that you are also waiting for gcms notes.
Yes, I got my GCMS notes after 31 days. Since I applied before MR and Reminder email (RPRF fees), those 2 status are left blank. Other than that it says RCMP screening is complete but security not started yet. But both are not started for my wife. The file is still at CIO-NS. It doesn't mention about the biometrics, but I am still planning to get it done by end of this month.harirajmohan said:Life, Did you get your notes? Please share.

I guess it's for those, who applied under privacy act. Well my advise, if we are paying 1000's of dollars for our PR application, extending wp etc. why not spend just $5 to get the notes on time? Just don't drink from starbucks for a day, if you really want to save money. lolJiss said:no gcms reply for me..passed 30 days..
Thanks Life. Is it possible to tell what is completed and what is not? May be i am asking too much but whatever you can provide will be helpful to know what they have done with our files after our AOR.lifeonedge said:Yes, I got my GCMS notes after 31 days. Hello Guys,Jiss said:5 or 50 doesnt matter..i wouldnt hesitate to spend 100s if i get a faster reply..but cic says to request own information under privacy act...both are same category applications but but one has nominal fee because it is not personal or own information...as far as i know govt of Canada is not greedy enough to withheld some applications and process others for making $5..they said they received a huge volume of applications recently..
Its up to you. If you dont want any delay then you can pay now. why do you think we should wait for specific email from them on rprf?amirhosseini said:Hello Guys,
I have a quick question regarding the RPRF fee. I got the reminder email and wondering whether we have to pay the RPRF fee now or wait for CIC request?
Thanks
I agree with you, no reason to delay.harirajmohan said:Its up to you. If you dont want any delay then you can pay now. why do you think we should wait for specific email from them on rprf?
No i think we are good if we just do emedicals with the given IME number. Doctor will send it as we have instruction not to send medicals to cic.amirhosseini said:I agree with you, no reason to delay.
BTW, did you guys send the medical receipt to CIC by email/CSE or eMedical submission by doctor would be enough?
Hey Hariharirajmohan said:Thanks Life. Is it possible to tell what is completed and what is not? May be i am asking too much but whatever you can provide will be helpful to know what they have done with our files after our AOR.
I saw something like below sections:
Activity 1:RCMP Screening
Activity 2: Biographic
Activity 3: Biographic
Activity 4: Biographic
Activity 5:RCMP Screening
Activity 6: RCMP Screening
Activity 7:Criminality
Activity 8:Biographic
Activity 9:Biographic
A10:Eligibility
A11:Medical
A12: Security
A13:Criminality
Thanks Life a lot. I guess they started and slowly moving. Thats what i think based on the gcms notes. Possibly we see more progress in the next couple of months. May be in your next notes we can see good updates, what do you think?lifeonedge said:Hey Hari
As I said before Medical is showing not done because I applied for GCMS before I got my MR. Also Fees are all paid too, except RPRF fee which is outstanding. Again, that one I paid after we got the reminder email. Screening is done. As for Biographic, one of them says submitted while the other says not started. I guess it's kind of multiple locations. Criminality too, one says submitted but the other one says not started. For security, both of them are not started.
Cheers
Thanks Harirajmohan, I did my medical on Jan 8th and doctor said that they will send it in 7 business days!harirajmohan said:No i think we are good if we just do emedicals with the given IME number. Doctor will send it as we have instruction not to send medicals to cic.
I have my medicals on 18th, couple of days before our deadline. I should bug the doctor to send the results within 2 days after the medical exam. When is your appointment?
