There is a small twist in the situation. I just logged on to ECAS and it says my medical results have been received. I did upfront medical on February 8th.

We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on August 21, 2015.
We started processing your application on August 21, 2015.
Medical results have been received.
But I am still confused as they were still supposed to send me an official email with IMM 1017 form. My Dr. told me to send that form to him when I get the request.
