PNP office called to my sponsor on 4th December 2015, for asking about him, like my brother (sponsor) is present in Winnipeg , her job, and me on 13th December 2015 like my job details and on same date to my employer for my job confirmation and the email me on 115th december 2015 and demanded my salary slips of 3 years jobs (current job), bank statement, bank account showing my salary deposited in bank from me.

IELTS Request:
i attached with new IELTS score: 5 (L:5.5 R: 4 W: 5.5 speaking: 5.5) through some one cosultancy that the federal do not concerened with our IELTS , so i submitted this low score but the federal send me low IELTS Procedural fairness letter (PFL) from LVO on 23 May 2016 ) and granted me 90 days to improve it. I improved my Ielts in one month and submitted my result on 20th june 2016.
Med's Request:
i got it on 22-2-2017 on GCKey but due to check it late my date of 30 days was expired because i have been checking on my email but they attached it on GCKey not in email. i was the habitual to check my email not GCKEY. because i received all correspondence on email before this medical request . i do not know why i checked the GCKEY that i was linked with it before 6 month ago. when I come to know through GCKEY that i have expired ( 30 days) my Medical request with ( Landing fee request, passport copies ,details of my high and eye color, my generic form, additional family information form, travel form and background declaration form) . i immediately e-mailed to LVO on 23rd of March 2017 by explaining my problem and requesting the MR again. After few days when i didn't received any email from LVO the i decided to appear for Medical Examination with my family (wife and two of my child 1 son age: 8 years and 1 daughter age: 5 ) by taking an appointment on phone call from Medical center on behalf of my expired electronic medical forms. they gave me date of 21 April 2017 for Medical exam. i appeared for medical exam: me and my wife appeared for whole medical test and x-ray but son of 8 years just urine test and daughter of 5 years just physical exam. my blood pressure was high as 161 and they referred me for ECG ( its result come with in 1 day) in another private hospital by charging Rs: 558 and private hospital charged Rs:1000 on the same day. and on the same day i received a call from my medical center by saying that my x-ray is not ok and i have to appear for smear sputum ( its result comes with in 10 days) on 3 consecutive days with empty stomach at 8:00 O'clock after 2 days holidays of Saturday and Sunday. then after 18 days my GCKEY status showed that Medical exam is passed on 9th May 2017. During processing of my medical exam i received medical request on 25th of April 2017 through GCKEY and not on email address. i paid my landing fee of mine and my wife not of child because they are waived from landing fee. i also uploaded the required documents on GCKEY and also send to LVO by courier (just for safety) (NOTE: when we liked with GCKEY then we will receive all the documentation through GCKEY not on e-mail address according to my experience but other might have different experience.)

copy of Passport and height color request.:
the LVO again required my passport copies and height and eye color on 23 May 2017. now i just uploaded on GCKEY on 24th May 2017.

VISA ISSUED...:
12th July 2017. ( on passport the issue date was 15th June 2017 just one day before the passport request date and expire date was 23rd of April 2018. (Islamabad high commission took more time to stamp immigrant visa and issuance of two PR papers one carry photo and one without photo. due to 5 holidays in Pakistan for Eid ul fither and 3 holidays of Canada day.)
