Whats the procedure to do upfront medicals? It is just to make an appointment and let the doctor know our UCI ( or application number)?

find a doctor that provide an immigration medical exam in your city , here the link to find a Panel Physician :
http://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx

Then make an appointment and tell him/her I want to do upfront medical exam for PR , the clinic will create UMI number for you

Your paper must has the following detail :
IME: Non - EDE
Upfront medical type : Worker

did they request your medical or you just went ahead and did upfront medical? Let me know as I am wondering if I should do upfront medical as well. Let me know what you think?

No IRCC don't request my medical , I just went ahead and did upfront medical exam
The medical exam is valid for one year , I am inland applicant (AINP) btw

the clinic submitted the results to IRCC and I sent the UMI by CSE but not on the same day, I wait until my medical results is completed

I just want to ask help about my current situation.

10-28-2016: submitted application to cic
11-02-2016: application received
01-13-2017: AOR
02-03-2017: Medical request received
02-10-2017: cic requested for additional documents via email

My problem is, I cannot upload the requested documents at mycic. I cannot find the "upload" tab. I tried using different browsers but still cannot find where I should upload the documents. In my profile at mycic it says that there is no required documents. I really don't know what to do and I am worried because I was only given 30 days to submit the requested documents. I hope someone can help me.
