Just to share my timeline to cheer everybody up:

BCPNP Application: 11/11/2016
BCPNP Nomination: 12/02/2016
CIC Submission: 12/12/2016
CIC Delivery: 12/15/2016

AOR: 01/30/2017

I received my AOR only after 45 days after my doc package was delivered. My application number changed from XEP to EP on the same day. Isn't it unbelievable?
I am sure I am not the only lucky one here. I feel like although the office review those packages according to the order they receive them, but there for sure is some randomness. This is why I think my case is worth sharing with each one of you.

I will keep my timeline updated here. Hope it helps a bit!

I was able to link my application to my CIC account on NOV 04, 2016.
Jan 23, 2017 I received an email with update in my CIC Account.
I logged in, and that's what I noticed:
MY application # changed from XEP to EP!
Review of eligibility: Review in Process
Back check: in Process.
Can anyone tell why I did not receive any AOR yet?? if they started processing my application?

I'v read from another thread that their background check has already been changed to "in progress".

Mine is still not needed this time.

Give it 90 days and it will change to EP

Lexie give it couple days. Try again. Do not listen to people who say you do not need to link. You have to. If you do not link, cic will send u letter asking to link. In addition if you do not link, you will not be able to upload requested info, rprf receipt, etc

It is totally depends

I know it took me almost 90 days for AOR. In same category some people waited 4 months
