Hi everyone, can you please give me some information. I am an applicant from July 2016 and still waiting for medical. I added my spouse in August 2017. Cic just asked me for sch A, proof of relationship and questionnaire from me and my husband l. My lawyer has submitted these documents can you please tell me how long Cic can take to get back to me. Thank You
definitely call them, it is very rare, even people submitted in july 2017 got MR already
Thnks for reply, yeah I called them and ordered GCMS notes in feb 2018 it shows medical not started yet. I am really worried now and my lawyer is not guiding me as well..
Did you submit marriage certificate and passport copy? Any marriage pictures?

I am also July 2016 applicant and we did our medical examination in Sep 2017. Me and my wife got provincial nomination together so we applied permenant residence application together that's why we got medical together too.
Now in your case you were also close to medical request but you have added your husband so it took delay in your process because they gonna verify all documents and eligibility requirements for your husband. Same thing happed to my brother and two months ago he got his permanent residency. He was March 2016 applicant.
Wait one more month and by the time call CIC and ask them to do pre-medical for both.
Did you talk to your MP yet? Has the eligibility and criminality passed as per your notes?
Yeah we have submitted copies of passport, marriage certificate and pictures...and also submitted last 10 years history for both of us (mine and my husband’s). According to my GCMS notes criminality and eligibility is passed for me but not for my husband yet. Adding my husband’s name might be the reason for delay Yeah you are right ...according to my lawyer he has submitted all the documents to cic on 27 March 2018 but when I called CIC agent said they haven’t receive anything.

Yeah I will wait for another month .. I think you are right... and we did upfront medical but it’s not showing anything in ECAS...
