It is a regulated trade. U got to do apprenticeship to be electrician as per my knowledge.

Why didn’t you asked about BGIP?

my status changed from your action is required to submitted a few minutes after my Medical changed from if you need... to passed and all these happened hours before the maintenance was conducted on their system.. so not a glitch
I also believe the guy talking about glitch was something different from the BGIP rain today.

I tend to believe some of us really got BGIP, officers just have not updated in the MyCIC system yet. But people applied in 2017 even without ME got BGIP, that's a glitch.

Well, I'm pretty sure BGIP is not means you're at the last stage of your applications or getting PPR, we should be see that BGIP at least twice in MyCIC account, thats what see from other applicants.
