How we can talk to an agent? Whenever I call, they hang out because of high volume of calls! no way to reach them out?!
 
Does anyone know if your are in BGIP will it reflect on the automated phone service message or it is only reflected on online status? Thx

I always call on Thusdays and fridays. After dailing the cic number just press 3,4 and 0 . your call then will be tranferred to an agent.

Call them very early in the morning like me from alberta i got up at 5am just to phone them
Thanks. I am also at Alberta now! I was assuming that they answer in local times from 8 am to 4 pm!

I just received a message frim cic today asking for replacement needed rcmp criminal record check.
What should i do?

My medical has just changed from "passed" to "if you need a medical exam....". BG in process since Friday. Did upfront medical in June 2017. Sep 22, 2016 applicant.
 
Also the CIC account is saying "Your Action Required". Not sure what kind of action I should take. They don't act but giving us pain in the butt. Never called CIC for this application yet. Should I call them guys?
