Yea I am from saskatchewan. As soon as my BG changed to IP, I got the ppr too
From conversations with friends who already received passport back, it takes them more or less 30 days for the return. On average, it's 30 days.

Wooow so I don’t need to worry about Bg...
My friend August 16th Applicant got Ppr this evening. Background Check went in progress yesterday and he got the Ppr email today. Good Sign. He got his medical on 7th November. All the August & september applicants can get Ppr by the end of next month at the latest or may be earlier than that I hope.
